1. Schedule a Call
Start with a brief introductory call to discuss your fitness goals, training history, and schedule. From there, we will schedule your complimentary session.
2. Complete Your Complimentary Session
Your complimentary session can be completed in-home or live online, depending on the coaching format you prefer. This session allows me to assess your current fitness level, movement patterns, training history, and goals.
3. Begin Your Coaching Plan
If we are a good fit, we will begin structured training sessions designed around your goals, schedule, and preferred coaching format.
