For both in-home and virtual clients, I highly recommend training with dumbbells. If there were one of the most effective ways to train at home, it would be with dumbbells.
The balance and control they require during upper-body exercises help develop the muscles from multiple angles. Dumbbells also allow for greater movement variety, better stabilization, and more precise exercise selection.
