What if our fitness levels are different?

That’s the point of the structure. Each of you follows an individualized plan, paced appropriately, with smart load selection and exercise variations as needed.


Do we need a full home gym?
No. I can work with what you have and, for in-home sessions, I bring equipment as needed. The focus is intelligent structure and execution—not flashy gear.


How long are sessions and how often do most couples train?
Most couples do 2–4 sessions per week depending on schedule, recovery, and goals. Frequency is set based on what you can sustain while still progressing.


Is this more like partner workouts or private coaching?
It’s private coaching. You’ll get expert-led sessions with real-time form correction and progression management—built specifically for adults 40+.
